The various reinterpretations of Simon Belmont all look like they were designed by people who had never seen or so much as had another Simon Belmont described to them before.
The mark on that last Simon Belmont’s neck looks like the seam where they stitched the head of a broody dating sim love interest onto the body of some sort of… fetish-themed Street fighter character.
