Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor

 

Pepper crusted, bonfire smoked sea salt rubbed, vegetarian fed top sirloin steak fried up with some mushrooms, onions, fresh garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and red wine vinegar. Sometimes when I tell people I’m going to cut out dairy, sugar, and grains for a few months they say they feel sorry for me.

    good food is all about prep. certain foods groups are awesome, but it’s not a bad idea to cut out carbs every so often....

  4. katgezicht said: I did this once. There are a lot of interesting things you can make on this diet—my mom even fashioned a tasty chocolate souffle with no refined sugars, just a bunch of nut and fruit replacements. (I have the recipe if you’d want it.)
